Planning for your future is easy with Your Will. 

Creating Wills as a couple doesn’t need to be a painful or time-consuming process, often your wishes are similar to those of your partners so our couples packages take that into consideration, but it’s also ok if they are different, we make the process a simple one.

To create your wills simply follow our step by step questionnaire. You will be asked to choose between creating a Will, Powers of Attorney*, or Your Future Package which includes your will, enduring powers of attorney (financial and personal) and an appointment of a medical treatment decision maker.

This service is intended for simple wills. If you have complex financial arrangements or complicated personal circumstances such as children from a prior relationship please see: complex wills. 

* Enduring Powers of Attorney documents include both medical and financial and are for Victorian residents only. There are specific witnessing requirements for the Enduring Power of Attorney (Financial and Personal) and Appointment of a Medical Treatment Decision Maker. The documents are not valid unless they are properly witnessed. The documents must be witnessed by two independent adult witnesses, one of whom is a person authorised to take affidavits or is a medical practitioner. You will need to locate and arrange the witnesses yourself. ** This service does not include an in person appointment with a lawyer. It is completely online and includes a phone call with a lawyer at a time of our choice to review your documents prior to signing. If you require an appointment please contact us to discuss your requirements.
