Planning for your future is easy with Your Will.

Creating a Will as a single person is just as important, if not more so than when you are in a long term relationship. If you die without a will and do not have a spouse often your assets will go to your parents. This can often be complicated if your parents are separated or deceased or if you have specific wishes to leave assets to people other than your parents.  The Your Will packages for singles make the will and power of attorney creation process a simple one.

Simply follow our step by step questionnaire. You will be asked to choose between creating a Will, Powers of Attorney*, or Your Future Package which includes your will, enduring powers of attorney (financial and personal) and an appointment of a medical treatment decision maker.

This service is intended for simple wills. If you have complex financial arrangements or complicated personal circumstances such as children from a prior relationship, please see complex wills. 

* Enduring Powers of Attorney documents include both medical and financial and are for Victorian residents only. There are specific witnessing requirements for the Enduring Power of Attorney (Financial and Personal) and Appointment of a Medical Treatment Decision Maker. The documents are not valid unless they are properly witnessed. The documents must be witnessed by two independent adult witnesses, one of whom is a person authorised to take affidavits or is a medical practitioner. You will need to locate and arrange the witnesses yourself.
